What data we process

• Your location, only if you tap «Near me» and give permission. It is used in your browser to work out which petrol stations are near you and we do not store it. To show you the street name, the coordinates are sent to the Photon service (Komoot).
• The addresses you type in the search box, which are sent to Photon (Komoot) to locate them.
• Your preferences (last place searched, fuel, favourite petrol stations), which are stored only in your browser.
• Usage statistics: if you accept, Google Analytics records in aggregate which pages are visited, from what type of device and how the search is used, so we can improve the site. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored.
• Browsing and advertising data: Google AdSense may use cookies and identifiers to show ads and measure their performance, always with your consent where the law requires it.

Your consent for location, statistics and advertising cookies, and our legitimate interest in making the service work.

Third parties

Google (advertising and statistics, more information), Komoot/Photon (address search) and OpenStreetMap (maps). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data by writing to contacto@surtidorbarato.es, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
